The present study is aimed at investigating antimicrobial wound-healing effects gel formulation from ethyl acetate liquid fractions ethanol leaf extract cordifolia. was subjected to liquid-liquid fractionation using n-heptane acetate. fraction further vacuum chromatography (VLC) by gradient elution with different solvents. its VLC were analytical HPLC. chemical constituents detected dereplication HPLC-DAD.
